Windows of Eilean Donan

In this unusual perspective of Scotland's most photographed castle, it's the tiny windows that grab your attention. "Necessary for protection," you might think. In reality, what you see was actually built long after the need for protection. The current Eilean Donan Castle is largely a Victorian reinterpretation of the original medieval castle which was built in 1230.

You'll be hard pressed to get Eilean Donan Castle - or any other Scottish Castle - up on your wall any cheaper than this half-off price of $8. You'll save even more when you mat and frame it yourself with a standard, pre-cut mat and standard-size frame from a discount store or hobby/art store. As with many of our Scottish Art prints, we've designed it this way to spare you expensive custom matting and framing costs.

Since we've decided not to reprint our black-and-white prints, though, each of our black-and-white prints is actually a limited edition print, and prices may increase as inventory decreases.
