Scottish Art - Prints of Scotland:
Columba Hotel Flower Boxes
by D. Bruce Bennett
Columba Hotel Flowers, Tarbert
Have you been to the picturesque little fishing village of Tarbert on Loch Fyne? Then you may recognize Columba Hotel Flowers,Tarbert.* Even if you haven't seen this scene in Kintyre, Argyll, it can remind you of countless other flower boxes set against the time-worn stone fronts of Scotland's homes and shops.

While the original of this painting of Columba Hotel and its colorful window boxes is not for sale, we have a few color prints of it left in inventory. We designed this Scottish Art color print to be an inexpensive way to recall your Scottish holiday - or remind you of the one you plan to take.
A standard, pre-cut mat and a standard-size frame from discount stores or hobby/art stores will complement this picture of Scotland nicely. No need to have expensive custom matting and framing done, if you'd rather do it yourself.
Please note that this image of Columba Hotel Flowers,Tarbert is also available in an oversize postcard format.
*"Tarbert," a place name often seen in western Scotland, is similar to our "isthmus" a relatively narrow strip of land, with water on both sides, connecting two larger land areas, often used for portage.
