All our on-line sales are funneled through PayPal's secure site. Whoa there; don't panic.

Late Gift Shopping & Giving!

In a panic because you need Scottish Art for a gift tomorrow? You're not the first. Previous clients have told us about this work-around they've devised.

Print out the page containing the picture of Scotland (or England) you're planning to buy as a gift. Cut out the image of the painting or print from the page, include it in a card appropriate for the occasion with a note saying "it's on its way!!" Send us the order, and we'll fill ASAP. (Your card will still be on time, and your promise builds delicious anticipation, don'tcha know.)

Guarantee, Refund, Returns

Our promise of 100% satisfaction has not changed since we began D. Bruce Bennett Celtic Art in 1992.

If for any reason, at any time, you are not completely happy with any purchase of our Scottish Art, let us know. We'll make it right or cheerfully refund the full purchase price of the product. All we ask is that you return the product in secure packaging. If it's an original painting, we ask that you use the same packaging in which we sent it, and insure it just as we did when we shipped it to you.

We've never had a painting "come back to stay" and have never had to use this policy. Nevertheless, we do have one - on the off chance that there's someone out there we can't please.

Shipping & Handling

After ever so much fun with postal forms, border customs officials, and abysmal exchange rates, we've decided to limit our sales to the continental United States.

If you live outside the US and have decided you absolutely must have Bruce's Scottish Art, e-mail us with your order and address. We'll compute your order total, add your country's postage costs, and e-mail the total to you. You can let us know if you want to proceed.

You'll notice we've placed the S&H chart you see above on each product page (when the item is still available) right below the shopping cart button. This lets you mentally compute your postage costs right upfront. (We really dislike sites that make us wait till we're almost through the check-out process to tell us how much postage will add to the total, so we've vowed not to do that to you.)

Vendor Wholesale Information

Our vendor wholesale policy is pretty simple and is available to any entity with a resale/tax ID number and a large enough order. Yes, that includes Highland games committees (buying awards) and Highland dance troupes (buying items for fund-raising events.)

Your vendor discount is 40 percent off all our retail prices. We ask first-time wholesalers to place a minimum order for $300 retail dollars. After the initial order, the minimum order is $150 retail dollars. (Postage rates are computed on the retail dollar amount.)

E-mail us with the following information:
• contact person's name
• business name
• resale or tax ID number
• mailing address (physical, not P.O. Box)
• item numbers/names & quantities of each item

We'll e-mail your order subtotal (with vendor discount) plus S&H costs. If it looks like a good deal to you, you can either send us the amount through PayPal or print out our e-mail message and mail it along with a check to: D. Bruce Bennett, 730 Vivian, Longmont, CO 80501. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll send the order via UPS.
